It’s so cold in here you could use it as a meat locker. Would’ve stayed and worked some more and got another coffee but couldn’t feel my extremities. Overheard employees telling either manager or owner it’s cold and he said no it’s not 🤣 Wow — dude listen to your employees. And down to 3 stars bc I’m pretty sure the cheese comes from one of those cans you pump from. Paying food truck prices for Gordon foods ingredients. Sorry not worth it.
I had to delete a review because I realized I had written a stellar one about the 96th location, not realizing Fall Creek is actually not as good, at all. How can three people not know how to redeem rewards? The front employee, one of the workers from the kitchen and an old fellow just walking around couldn’t help by saying “that’s technology.” What? Why have a reward system when you don’t know how to use your technology? Bearded Bagel was SO good! The bagels were steamed instead of toasted, which I was not expecting, honestly. I love a toasted bagel. However, it was actually really good. They were soft, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! Everything we tried had so much flavor, and the service was fantastic too. I highly recommend Bearded Bagel if you're looking for a great bagel spot. We'll definitely be back!
