My appointment was for a semi-annual cleaning which was concluded in approximately 45 minutes, a reasonable amount of time. However, I then waited another 30-35 minutes for a dentist to examine me ..... not acceptable.
I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist, I know I had a tooth issue and Dr. Bloom and Sonya were very nice and soothing, the work that was completed was done so without even hurting me.. That is huge for me as I had bad experiences in the past. I will continue to follow Dr. Bloom and would certainly recommend them to everyone....
Linda (I think that is the name of the hygienist I saw) was great. Very gentle, compassionate, and explained things to me. Dr. Bloom was great too. Thank you!

Although I received not so great news on a tooth, it was a great experience. Mark was super informative and pleasant to talk with. I left feeling I found a great dental practice again, which I had been missing the past several years. Great referral from my friend.
Friendly, professional, punctual, reassuring. A well organized office offering a clean and warm atmosphere. This is coming from a client with a longstanding fear of going to the dentist!
I had an emergency (broken tooth) and I was able to be seen immediately; I really appreciate that kind of response and my treatment was, as always, very professional.
I absolutely love my dentist! I don't know how many people can say that. Last year I moved to Santa Fe for a bit and continued to drive to Albuquerque just to be seen by Dr. Mason and his staff. Since then, my insurance no longer pays for this office but it is totally worth it for me to pay out of pocket! Best office staff, dental assistants, hygienists and dentist in town!
