Cheryl was great and the team up front was great! They were so nice and educated.
I was extremely pleased that I was able to get an appointment the day before Thanksgiving to deal with a dental emergency. Getting through the holiday with a tooth half gone would have been most unpleasant. Thank you a thousand times over!!!
There was a serious mistake in scheduling my appointment, which meant I had to reschedule. This was not brought to my attention until 25 minutes before the originally scheduled appointment, after I had already taken a large dose of antibiotic prescribed by Dr. Mason, though it was third on the list of choices in the protocol sent by the orthopedist who performed my knee replacement. I suffered an attack of acid reflux so severe that I feared it was a heart attack.
Need to improve the atmosphere in the wating room. Front desk not as friendly as the old team.

I was there for a teeth cleaning and a filling. I was told that I needed to have a deep cleaning and the person started taking several xrays. After it was done she said they had to submit these to the dental plan to see if they will pay for the deep cleaning. I was never told the price of a deep cleaning or given an estimate to authorize. I would have assumed maybe twice the amount of a normal cleaning. I wasn't really sure what it entailed. Everyone was great! Especially Danielle who provided my wife and I a clear picture of my up coming implant procedure. She even set up a phone call with my dentist for further consultation. Everything is set to go and pleased with the appointment time and understanding of the procedure. Thank you1
My dental hygienist was very friendly and I felt that my exam and cleaning was very thorough. She did a great job!
