Mark always does an outstanding job. I always feel the staff work hard to make sure everything is done in accordance with best practices.
The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating both over the phone & in person. Also, one of the staff, maybe Emily? was cleaning up the waiting room and setting the pillows on the couches when she noticed me nursing my baby. She offered me a drink and I took her up on the glass of water. That was very thoughtful of her. I was also pleased with my dental technician.
My first appointment was rescheduled without adequate explanation as to why. My second appointment was at 9:00 am and the dentist didn't come in to the exam room until 9:46. The procedure was rushed with no explanation as to follow up care. The girl at the front desk said she'd contact my periodontist's office to discuss an alternating cleaning schedule and then she would call me. I never received a call back.
The hygienist was great.
Dr. Green and his assistant that helped him were excellent workers on my tooth. Both did an excellent job on my tooth for a new crown. Bear Canyon has very good front office workers as well. They are very friendly and helpful.
Scheduled cleaning turned into some work needing performed and was able to get is done on same appointment big time saver since it was on a Saturday! Great service nice staff all in all pleasant visit all things considered!!!

I enjoyed Kim,Dental Hygienist, lovely person and gentle. The woman at check out, did not get her name, is wonderful.
I DID NOT LIKE THAT YOU HAVE A NEW PERSON WORKING TO FIND PROBLEMS JUST TO GET MORE WORK WHEN THERE IS NONE
