Mark always tells me what is happening and really is friendly and knows his job well.
I enjoyed the "goody" kit that was sent home with me (tooth brush, special floss for my situation). That was nice. My teeth look great. I got water splashed on me quite a bit, but I don't care, I am a guy. The music that was played in the waiting area definitely changed my heart rate. That was something that I wasn't particularly fond of. If you like modern music, then you won't mind. The couches are nice in the waiting room. Filling out the info on the iPad sucked. Great friendly service. I had a pain free cleaning and their service is timely you are in and out in a reasonalble manner.
You staff is amazingly friendly and laid back. They put your mind at ease and help you relax. Great 'bedside manner' and interpersonal skills.
Linda does a great job of making me feel at ease, given my irrational discomfort visiting the dentist. All of the staff is very friendly as well as my kind (but dreaded) dentist, Dr. Blum.
The dentist Blum explained everything step by step as she went along and how things would feel, and asked thru the whole process how I was doing.
We have been cared for at this practice for over 15 years. Never once disappointed--always very pleased. Exceptional staff and talented dentists who are concerned for your comfort. Work to make the visit as productive and inexpensive as possible. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Blum and her folks.
