Bear Canyon is great! Everyone is very friendly and also very helpful.
The lady who cleaned my teeth did a very great job. She was very careful with a certain instrument which usually causes me some pain around sensitive areas (used to take off a lot of build-up around my permanent retainer). However, I didn't feel too much pain this time, which is nice because I usually dread going to the dentist. It wasn't bad at all.
I don't like having X-rays done and my hygienist gave me an explanation for why I didn't and I had my first non painful dental X-rays! She was respectful of my reluctance to having a filling redone. In the past that led to my having a root canal and a crown. Twice! Did I mention an infection as well!
I came to Bear Canyon Family Dentistry to get a second opinion. First, I had multiple conversations with the staff to make the appointment and in all of those interactions, everyone I spoke to was very helpful and seemed to go the extra mile. Second, when I did decide to make an appointment, they were able to get me in the next day. Third, the day of the appointment, I was informed by one of the hygienists that they were short-staffed, so even though I had to wait, I knew what was happening. I have been to many dentists over the years, and my experience with Dr Blum and Isaiah was top rate. This is a warm, caring team who did their best to educate, explain all the procedures. Dr Blum is meticulous, making sure all steps involved in making a crown were followed. The best experience with a dentist/team I can remember.

Cheryl made my cleaning experience painless and fun. It is always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Blum and she fixed my bridge so I did not feel the daily pain and gave me new options for another/different bridge!
Bear Canyon staff and Doctors are the absolute best! They really do care about their patients and provide a comfortable and positive environment for the patient. They listen to patient concerns and respond to patient needs. I have had a tremendously positive experience here and highly recommend this practice.
