Pretty jewelry. I bought a ring.
The sales associates on 6/7 early afternoon (spirit gates at MIA) were extremely rude and lacking basic customer service skills. I went to the kiosk to make a purchase but didn't based on how I was treated. Neither acknowledged or greeted me. When I asked for help the woman I asked acted irritated that I had interrupted her putting inventory away. I witnessed a managed yell at an employee on 6/1/23 in the afternoon around 2pm. It was appalling and unprofessional. I heard the woman say she was sorry multiple times. He continued to scold her inront of paying customers!! After he left, this woman helped me and my party and acted like nothing happened. I was really worried about her and told her to quit. No one deserves that.

I love the items I purchased and my niece love butterflies. They had the perfect gift for her at a very reasonable price.
