Going through an appeals process for time taken off work. The time was approved, but for some reason they are making me jump through hoops for the pay portion. I called my doctor at Beacon Internal Medicine Beacon Internal Medicine and was transferred instead to the office manager Sue who was incredibly rude to me. She told me no that they wouldn’t be helping with paperwork going forward. Didn’t tell me why, no explanation at all. Dr. Peters is the originating physician on my claim. Dr. Peters is amazing. The medical professionals who work alongside him also are. They go above and beyond and show levels of genuine care that really no other medical office has ever shown. Thanks to Jessica and her empathy (even after hours on a Friday) I have medication for my trip abroad after my pharmacy had a failure to communicate.
Tried coming on as a new patient, front office lady was very rude and sounded very entitled when speaking to her through the phone. They ended up rejecting me as a new patient.
Literally found this hidden gem of a doctors office over 10 years ago. The doctors at this establishment care about their patients and so you never feel rushed out the door. The office staff is extremely kind and gives that customer service feel even though it’s not retail. If I could I’d give 10 stars.
Dr Rogers is very personable! Very thorough and I can tell he loves his job and helping people!
