The staff at this subdivision is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. When we have any concerns, they are addressed immediately. A very peaceful neighborhood without any drama! As a person who works nights,that's very important to me! I'm so glad I moved here .

I would not recommend this apartment complex. From the very beginning, communication has been terrible—phone calls are rarely answered or returned, and if you do get someone on the line, the tone is often dismissive and unhelpful. Maintenance and upkeep are very poor, and issues go unresolved for long periods of time. The neighborhood itself does not feel safe, and I would not suggest letting children play outside here. The people upstairs sounds like their about to fall through the ceiling any day now. All I hear is cracking when they walk all day every day. It's very irritating. I've been to the office about this and sent emails. They did nothing about it.
