Excellent Property Management Company
Terrible, to say the least. No accountability at all for solving problems that are their responsibility. I had my apt. all flooded for three days in a row due to a broken water pipe from the building. They insisted the water came from my AC!! Bottom line, this happened in August and I'm still trying to get them to repair, at least, the stains in the ceiling. Which has been something absolutely impossible to achieve.
terrible service. They do NOT accept emails and make you hold on the line for several minutes before answering. once they answer, they take forever writing your basic information: name, phone number and address. Then, someone calls you back!! Yes that's right, you simply cannot either call or email to ask a question or resolve an issue. Amazing!!?!
