My complaint below is concerning and interferes with residents SAFETY. I had two dirt bikes stolen from the locked garage (P2) that is only accessible by residential key fob. The person cut the master lock I had on the bikes, the bikes were in the far back of the garage where only residents could see. Security checked cameras and whoever took them went out of view of all the cameras. I actually tried hitting the 5 Star button twice to see if I could give this place more stars! From all the stellar reviews most people already know this is an amazing building to be at; but the pretty views and pictures overshadow how nice the staff is. Since the first day I called Noelle has been ultra attentive and responded to every question, and if she didn't know she goes out of the way to find out. Terrible service. We had scheduled a tour and no one showed. I also did not get any reply to the two mails I wrote. Poor customer service! As their maintenance is announced to be working online, I wonder how that’ll work out, if they aren’t even able to reply to mails in over a week, nor show up for meetings with potential clients!
Brand new development, can't wait for the pool to be done and enjoy summer. Also, has a beautiful gym and great rooftop deck to hang out and enjoy the upcoming beautiful weather. Great leasing staff too, go see Sarah DiMartino, she's awesome!
Beautiful property with all the extras plus you just walk across the street to a fantastic beach. Come meet with Sarah and learn about this outstanding living experience. She is so knowledgeable and helpful you won't be disappointed. City living in the beach, it doesn't get any better than this.
