RecommendedI randomly stop by the Beach House in search for an apartment. I didn’t have an appointment and Management (Jerry) who was so kind gave me a tour of the apartments. The way the tour was given, going through each amenities, building rules and leasing agreement.. I felt like I need to live there. After looking at so many apartments Jerry helped by showing me multiple apartments until I found one to my liking. If it wasn’t for Jerry I wouldn’t have found the perfect apartment. RecommendedWe love the Beach House. We've been there for several months and are very impressed with its modern design, cleanliness and friendly staff. In the front office, Briana, Jerry and Korissa are always cheerful and helpful. The fully equipped gym is a big plus, and its location right at the beach is a special asset. We highly recommend the Beach House.

Brianna and Jerry are friendly faces to see everyday and they are super accommodating to every need you could have! The building is super clean ALL the time and the amenities are superb.
