I've lived in this building for over a year and found it to be a pleasant place to be. It's quiet, secure, and the property is well maintained. Guests always comment on the beautiful courtyard equipped with a water feature, bougainvillea and other tropical plants. Best of all, the location is absolutely amazing. It's smack dab in the heart of South Beach - a street away from Espanola Way, Lincoln Road and just down the street from the beach.
