I don't know of anyone who finds it exciting to be informed, you need an MRI. This facility made my granddaughters experience a very comfortable one. She was full of questions and very scared going in but came out relaxed & reassured not to worry. Results were immediately sent to her Dr's Office and went over with us and thank God, no growths. Everything was on time and even if it wasn't, we were just happy with the courtesy & kindness from the staff. Thank You

I was in and out before my scheduled appointment time. They were very busy.
No respect for your time. I came in today 30 min before my appointment, as they instructed. 15 min AFTER my appointment I went to the counter asking how far behind the ct scan techs were and as it turns out the receptionists didnt even look at the sign in sheet to enter me as arrived. I still had paperwork to fill out. I have a busy schedule and certainly do not appreciate this lack of consideration for my time. To add insult to injury, there was not one apology for the error. BAD, BAD, BAD
