My daughter had to have an X-ray today, while we were waiting in the office an irate patient was very disrespectful to the front desk staff, using profanity and throwing his insurance card at them. The ladies were so restrained and polite and professional. I felt so bad for them but they managed to still have a smile for us. Thanks ladies and sorry about that rude , rude man!!!
