We have expensive area rugs that we wanted cleaned before we moved. We hired Oxy Fresh to clean the rugs. The tech who cleaned the rugs didn’t get the solution out and the rugs were stiff. I called the owner, Eric Fahnestock, who re-sent the technician to redo the rugs. At first, they seemed better; however, after some time the rugs were dull and the nap laid down.
