Highly upset because this place is so highly rated. Not only did they drill a random hole into our ceiling for the vent to be half falling off, after waiting 30 minutes outside of their building was I able to have some one come over to fix this. I appreciate they sent someone to fix this but confused as to why it was not done correctly the first time. Also I paid for a vent cleaning yet today after deciding to get some new vent covers we found that the vents were not even cleaned. Not questioning their training but was told ... read more

Adrianna....I'm sorry you're unhappy. That's definitely not our goal. The technicians noted there were some lines that did not appear to be connected to your furnace system (which can be common when older homes have had remodels or changes) but we'd never think of charging anyone for those lines. If we made a mistake and those were connected then we'd be happy to clean those. Again, our goal is for you to be pleased and I hope that you'll allow us to make it right.

I did request that all the carpet be cleaned, since we did just purchase the home. There was a tough stain that unfortunately they couldn’t get out, and they did not move my couch or entertainment center to clean under.

They have an amazing way of getting g out tuff stains from pets and ut leaves a clean fresh scent. Highly recommend them, very professional and friendly.

These guys are AWESOME! #1 They arrived early, #2 they got all of the pet & small child stains out of the carpet, #3 they gave extra attention to both of the problem areas I mentioned. I will definitely be using them again!
