RecommendedCody in the Volvo service department always goes above and beyond the duty of a service advisor. I have dealt with service advisors at other car brands and dealerships that simply treat you as an appointment, but Cody truly cares about providing the best service possible. I never thought I could find a service advisor as good as Shane on the Bayway Lincoln side, but Cody is right there with him in my books.
I used USAA to locate my 2016 Volvo XC90 and Bayway, specifically Brian, made it worth my effort to fly to Houston from Alabama to purchase my car. They picked me up from the airport and had me back on the road in under 2 hours. They were friendly and helpful and even suggested a great Tex Mex place for lunch! Great experience.

The manager is appalling. I dropped my car for a repair to the roof and the next time I attempted to open it, the headliner popped every fastener. They asserted they did nothing wrong that would cause this but that for just under $1k, they’d fix this “very common problem” (manager’s words.) My car was there for 9 days before I finally received a communication, aside from “we will let you know soon.” Bella, the service intake employee, was great throughout, but the manager was condescending, belittling, and confrontational.
