I bought a vehicle here over 3 weeks ago and have contacted my sales rep on numerous occasions with no results on an issue we didn't notice until we had made the purchase and driven off the lot. I call as soon as I was home and was told I would be taken care of. Still waiting.

This review pertains to the service department only. They really need to learn to tell the truth to customers when it comes to wait times. Underestimating wait times really rubs people the wrong way. On my most recent visit--given my past experiences with them--I should count myself lucky. (There are only so many times you can raise an issue before you realize it is just not worth it to complain to management) This time my car was ready 40 minutes after the promised time. Excellent customer service!! The staff over at Bayway really goes above and beyond the call of duty by taking the time to make sure each and every single customer is assisted properly, as well as within a timely manner. I have yet to witness the same from any other dealership along I-45. Thank you team Bayway!!
