Although we had several problems with follow through from a service associate upon multiple incidnets, when we went to the Service Manager Dewayne went above and beyond to make up for any issues we had and was very professional.

Very disappointed in my Volvo and this company. I've wanted one all life. I finally got an S60 two years ago. I babied that damn thing. I had the oil changed on schedule. .. all the scheduled maintenance on time. The car started howling and I had it towed in so I didn't mess any thing up. They tell me something is wrong with the engine to the tune of almost $3000. Really? The car is 2 years old!! If I can ever get rid of it. .. I won't own another. Shame on you Bayway.
