I have bought 4 vehicles from Bayway and after I signed the papers for my 4th vehicle I was told there was only 1 set of keys. They couldn't even throw in an extra set of keys, which is hardly any cost to them to keep a happy customer. They have lost any future business from me and I buy a car every 2 years... if not sooner.
I just leased a 2021 Volvo XC40. I love it!!!!
Update - the service manager called after checking out my issues. He indicated that most of the staff that previously worked on the car are gone and he has a new crew, including one of the best techs in the USA. The service manager is trying hard to get me back. Which is a good sign! I have had our 2012 XC90 in for service for the same issue three times. I have just paid another shop to to the work they claimed to have done. I was actually told we did not need a parking brake as we didn't live in WV. Useless.
I got informed, efficient, and friendly service when buying my car. Every person I worked with guided me comfortably through the process of driving, researching, and financing my car.

I just bought my second Volvo from this dealership. I had a great experience with Abbi Satter and the rest of the team. I did a lot of shopping online prior to my appointment and they had the cars waiting for me to test drive upon my arrival. Great experience.

Do not go to this dealership if you care how you are treated. After a 3 hour trip to the dealership with my husband and 6 week old, we came home without a car but during the week we worked out a deal on the phone with our salesperson. We drove that same 3 hour trip with our now 7 week old the following week to buy the car only to be told that we were mistaken and hadn't worked out a deal and the car price was roughly the same.
