Took my 2017 Volvo S60 for it's yearly oil change. The service was very professional and pleasant to wait for it. After I got it back it was washed and vacuum in and out. I highly recommend it for all services!
My experience was quite good with the purchase of my 2018 XC 90. My main priority was to find a new vehicle that had arrived in inventory after Harvey flooding. Not only till Taylor help expedite getting the specific vehicle I needed transferred to the dealership within a few days, he worked out a competitive price for me. Not pushy or obnoxious but very helpful.

Our old Volvo flooded in Hurricane Harvey and as we were on our way to Bayway to look at a new one, I prayed that we would get the right kind of sales person for us. A lady walked out as we were walking in and without me asking anything, she says, “Ask for Taylor! He is so nice and didn’t pressure me.” So we did! And sure enough she was right. Taylor is knowledgeable and so friendly. Taylor, you were an answer to prayer that day and we enjoyed our car buying experience with you. Plus, I love my new Volvo! Thank you!
Service advisor quickly greeted and checked my vehicle confirming my "no cool a/c" complaint. The vehicle was diagnosed by the technician who identified and replaced the faulty component. I was on my way home within 2 hours with a nice clean, shiny Volvo. Thanks for your professional service!
Walked in to inquire about a new vehicle, was told by a salesman "there's only one and it's in the showroom, it's the blue one over there, it's unlocked, you can look at it if you want" and he walked away. He disappeared before I could ask about any of the features or or ask to be given a demonstration on anything in the vehicle.
