I have had an ongoing issue with my car. Dalton Scott in the service department has gone out of his way to make sure the problem was solved. He has supported me and made sure that I was heard. I have bought 4 vehicles from Bayway and after I signed the papers for my 4th vehicle I was told there was only 1 set of keys. They couldn't even throw in an extra set of keys, which is hardly any cost to them to keep a happy customer. They have lost any future business from me and I buy a car every 2 years... if not sooner.

Love this place everyone is very nice.
They are extremely slow at this location. Took five hours to complete paperwork to even purchase the car. That was my first red flag that I should have taken my business elsewhere. Called to make a service appointment and was kept on hold for 13 minutes before speaking to someone. So I shouldn’t have been shocked when I took my car in for service two weeks ago that I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a simple maintenance service when I was told it should only take an hour at the most.
