The entire experience went extremely well. The experience could have been much worse because I traveled about 1 1/2 hours to the dealership and I was pressed for time to make the purchase (my previous car was totaled and the rental was running out). It helped that I knew what I wanted (thanks to CarGurus), but I never experience any pressure to buy and they helped me every step of the way through the purchase. Thanks Bayside! Mike

Awesome communication and very knowledgeable. The only thing stopping me from purchasing their vehicle was lack of time to drive 5+ hours.

Drove hour plus to test drive a Mazda went well and Steve was super helpful. Went back a week later to look at Hyundai that according to ad had Leather, Nav, and back up cam. Had none of these and had open recalls. Pretty disappointing to drive all that way on a week night. Mixed experience.
Drove there and was very happy with sales staff and everyone else that helped me with the purchase of my perfect car.
