Contacted dealer. Received auto-reply but never heard from them until I made contact. When I had questions about the content that automatically populates from CarGurus, like days car has been listed on the site, I was told by dealer that it was ‘a mistake’ and that CarGurus was wrong. When I received offer from dealer on car I was interested in, they gave me a price that was $5000 over what the car was listed for, and that was without interest on the loan. Bayside is awesome. Everybody from show room to accounting to putting on tag were awesome. We got a new 2018 tundra
The sales people were terrific, I drove 11 hrs one way to pick up this car. The deal had to be done over the phone buy trusting them with the condition of the car and the pics they sent me. The car was beautiful and everyone there was nice and helpful. They even put the car carefully on the trailer for me and secured it down for the 11 hr trip back. It was a great car buying experience.
Was on hold twice with two different salesman to get the saleswoman whom contacted me initially. After being on hold for almost five minutes each time and still unable to speak, I hung up. Also, pictures reviewed on the inside of the vehicle showed excessive wear on the driver's side and was a turn off as well.
