Michele was amazing!! She is the main reason I elected to make my purchase through Bayside Auto Group. She was supportive and responsive but not the least bit pushy or aggressive. I had been looking online for a couple of months and most of the dealers I communicated with were so aggressive that they came across as hostile and offensive. Thank you, Bayside!!
Michelle did a wonderful job of responding very quickly to my inquiries as well as coordinating my out of state purchase. The sales process was quick and painless and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
a good meeting, no bull
The was great however when it came to negotiating, after the 2nd round I negotiated down $100. When my salesman came back they increased their previous printed amount almost $200. So I left. They lost a sale over $100 and tried to charge me for damage to the car that they could've fixed.

The spec of thid vehicle is wrong. This model is Not Limited but XLE TOURING. The sales guy was very impatient to confirm the car specs, and admitted that model was incorrectly discribed on Cargurus. Com.
This started out to be a great experience. But then they showed they dont follow through, iset up appointment to go and purchase a vehicle. I called to say i was on my way and was told the was sold. This after working with them all day i have all the emails. Shame on you all.
