Their posting of a Rav 4 XLE HYBRID has been up for three weeks at a below market price. When I contacted them two weeks ago, the said it had been sold. The same ad and price are still on Car Gurus. BAIT and SWITCH. Unfortunate that they have to compete in such a low brow manner.

But mr. And mrs. Smith was very nice the car was sold before I can get there
I was contacted in a very timely manner but the vehicle type I am interested sold and was no longer available. The did promise to let me know when another such car is available.
The dealership was prompt and helpful, we purchased a different car but are very happy with the service we received!
Everyone there was amazing. They provided me with all the photos I needed and all the supporting paperwork. It prompted me to look at the car. It was just as represented. Each person was courteous and helpful. I bought the car and it was the smoothest purchase I’ve ever experienced. I would strongly recommend them for your next purchase.
