Great location next to CocoWalk in the Grove. Many restaurants, shopping, parks and marinas within walking distance. The team is great and the property manager is the best.

BEWARE!! when I went to modify my reservation, I was charged nearly 800$!!! For "use of sheets, cleaning fee, etc." I could stay at the PLAZA in NYC for that!! Negotiated it down to 100$. Read all the fine print. There are plenty of hotels and air bnb that will treat you much more kindly and not try to rob you blind. Even explained to them I was only in town for my daughter's surgery, it didn't matter. Who does this???
I have lived in the Grove 9 years and this place BY FAR is the best condominium, for the best price. Everyone knows that most of the landlords are crooks around here, and you are left with shoddy apartments. But from the beginning this place treated me professionally and personable. Merry is the manager, and she is as warm and straight as they come. On TOP of her game. Treat her right and she will do the same!
