I'm a newer patient and am very pleased with the service at Millwood Dentistry. The staff is very courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
I was a patient of Dr. McLaughlin's when she practiced in Matthews, NC and liked her so much that I was willing to follow her when she moved to Rock Hill - which is almost an hour drive for me. I feel that she is that good! I also enjoy that she has retained the same staff so that I know them and they know me. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a great dentist.
My first visit to Millwood Family & Cosmetic Dentistry was a great start to my future relationship with this practice. The staff was friendly and punctual. Dr. McLaughlin took time to meet me and give me an overview of her understanding of my conditions, with both finance and overall health in mind.

Working with a new bite guard, I found I still clenched causing sore teeth. I received a prompt appointment and had the guard tweaked adjusting to how I grind. There is another appointment scheduled as a follow up. As of today, these adjustments seem to have helped.
The staff is very professional and courteous! They are like extended family.

We love Millwood for their professionalism and their friendliness of staff. I took my three kids (5, 3 and 3) and myself to have cleanings and x-rays and they amazing took care of all of us within 40 minutes and my kids had a fun time with sunglasses, chocolate chip flavored toothpaste and anti-cavity club bags. The kids even received some "treasures" on their way out. We enjoy going and are very happy with the results.
As one who has had a fear of Dentists since childhood, I never would have thought I'd be saying that dental visits are a blessing. I have found such a place and sent them three new patients and recommended them every chance I get. These are good folks who are great at what they do, honest in their business practices, and create a happy atmosphere. It's obvious that they love each other and enjoy their work. I always leave there with a smile on my face and in my heart!
