This place is a joke! The whole area smells like sh*t!! The sewage is leaking throughout the whole parking lot! There sh*t paper in the parking lot and dog crap throughout the own property. There is a gas leak right next the laundry area! If someone was to light a cigarette the whole place would probably blow up!! So My boss got us corporate apartments here and they are the single most gross apartments and I mean there is German roaches every where and there is poop literally every where like if osha was to come on this property I’m pretty sure they would get a lot of health violations
They don't know how to take care of their residents, after 5 work orders put in they still don't do anything but threaten the resident that they are going to evict them cause they are upset. Time to go to HAA
Worst apartments to live at. I was about to make a decision until I saw the horrible reviews and horrible conditions my cousins are living in these apartments. How can you have families with children living in a place with brown water coming out the sinks and not do nothing about it. ... .This has to go viral and taking to all news reporters to let everyone know what's going on !!!!
Y'all this is serious!! Bayou Parc at Oak Forest are terrible!!! I lived there 3 month before the hurricane and my a/c must have broken 7 times!!! They procrastinate a lot!! Brought me a portable A/C unit that sky rocketed my light bill that I had to pay outta my pocket because they left it there for almost a week!!!The bugs there are bad we were infested with earwigs and roaches!! I am happy with living here,apon move in all my issues were addressed .The office staff have been nothing but helpful and courteous. Neighbors are friendly and atmosphere is family orientated.
