Very pet friendly! It is an older complex with decent rental prices for the are. They have new management and they have made a number of improvements including repaving the parking lot, new lower level porches, and a better response time making repairs with the Portico Company now managing the property. I have lived here for over a year and feel very satisfied with the new management.

Perooooo cambiaron de administración y aunque tienen mucho que trabajar están haciendo cambios que hemos visto, se están esforzando por darle nueva vista, esta más limpio, pavimento nuevo en algunas reas, cuidado de la basura, jardines, Plomeria. Están haciendo un gran trabajo!
Mr. Seneca B. showed me around the complex! I loved my experience! He was both knowledgeable and friendly and the property is beautiful! When I move this will be the first place I call to rent!
The new management has become unreliable, uncaring, and has no communication with residents about any work happening. It almost feels as if they are trying to make residents want to leave.
I thought when new management came in that it was awesome. Now we can’t have our bbq grills on our patio, children’s toys (why be kid friendly?) or mops and brooms. I’m disappointed. My porch has been clean since I moved here in January.
They have plumbing problems so if you are ok taking cold showers and not able to flush your toilet but they want their money for the water bill trash and rent.... CURRENTLY NO HOT WATER FOR DAYS OFFICE GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUNds $$$$$$$$$$$$$$&$$$$$$$$$&&$$$$$$ DONT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
