Management IS RUDE, Hate walking into that leasing office. Christopher is rude and so is that lady who handles the rent. Very unprofessional.

Bayou Parc is an older establishment that is recovering from the flood that devastated it from Harvey. What I can say is management is doing the best they can and are addressing all issues in a timely manner. I have been here 6 months and it has been great. The service men have taken care of every issue to my satisfaction. The location could not be better for me. Its close to 290 and there is disc golf, great hike and bike trails right in my backyard. These apartments are gross. It’s a shame that they are infested with roaches, your tenants pay rent they deserve better!
