Front desk customer service was horrible and the lady was very impolite when we brought up an issue with the payment that they had caused. The staff overcharged our cards after we specifally asked to pay for cash and then gave us problems trying to resolve the issue, and continued to give us problems after the parent of our party tried resovling it, saying the problem wasnt theyre fault since it was the shift befores fault.
