RecommendedSpent one night during Summer 2018 and another night early this fall. Wow is all I can say as the place was tremendous and took even more strides with countless renovations since the first time I visited just over a year ago. Room was clean and bed comfortable however it did smell like cigarette smoke. That is not the hotels fault, but the inconsiderate smokers that won’t respect a no smoking policy. Check in was a breeze. Good low budget hotel.
Woke up at 430 am no coffee anywhere and lady at desk saying gonna be 20 to 30 minutes and an hour later finally decided to give me decaf for my room really she was too busy doing her laundry to deal with me and my coffee needs was having a great time in my room in and out of hotel till she did this loved my room she needs training on how to care for her guests
The room we were in was incredibly dirty...not even touched from the last guest. The garbage was full, there were towels all over the floor, the bed was in all sorts of disarray, and there was trash laying all over the room. The faucet was dripping all night and the closet door was falling off the tracks. The manager was very nice and agreed that the room was a mess and offered to bring us rollaway cots. When we said no, she changed the bed linens for us herself, but did not offer us a discount, refund, or a different room.
Clean rooms, nice pool, excellent breakfast buffet, great service...owner went above and beyond to accommodate us...one of the best hotels I have stayed in
Excellent rooms. Clean rooms, bathroom etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decently sized, cold air, close to many attractions etc.
