Everyone who was involved in my care was extremely professional and polite. I truly felt like each staff took great pride in the position they held here at this hospital. I am not in a rush to get back, but I must admit for this to be the first time ever been admitted into the hospital BSW was an outstanding choice for my and I. My daughter whose 12 yrs old was allowed to stay each night with me and she loved it. Thanks to you all for taking such excellent care of me.

Excellent patient care experience in your ER. Came in with something diabetes related. As a medical professional I felt exceptionally treated! Keep up the great work!

Came in with pain in my stomach and was seen by a Doctor within 20 minutes. CT scan complete within an hour and diagnosed with accute appendicitis an hour after arrival. Staff is gracious and friendly and the best to work with.

From the registration desk to the tech who brought my mom out to the car as she was released, we were treated with kindness, compassion, and excellent care. The RN, Renee, who prepared my mom for a surgical procedure, provided not only thorough and knowledgeable care, but comic relief in a stressful situation. We appreciated her so! And, kudos to Bonnie who cared for mom during the 4 hours after the procedure when she had to be flat of her back. Such a gracious and humble spirit! We just delivered our baby boy on 2/18/17 and had some complications. From the time we went to Labor and Delivery to the new family unit and NICU there was not one bad experience. I really have to give my gratitude to Nurse Amy in the NICU and all the nurses. They showed our baby boy love and affection and really took the best care. I wouldn't want to have been at any other hospital. Thank you Baylor Scott and White for the best first experience even with the complications.
