I went to Baylor Scott & White, because I was having chest pains. My husband took me in the car, after we got there, he immediately went in and got two orderly came out and got me into a wheelchair. The two orderly were very attended. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was taken to a room. Shortly after a male nurse came in and put in an IV and drew blood. The staff and the doctor was wonderful I didn't have to wait to be see they took me right in to a room talked to me about what was going on and went right to work on helping me get my sugar levels down plus getting some hydration to my body. Being this was my first time visiting I was impressed

Very positive overall. Prompt move into ER for my wife with a heart arrhythmia (SVT). Problem corrected immediately. Then waiting for follow-up blood work. Only glitch came after seeing a consulting Doctor who said she could go home. Turned out she was overruled by Attending physician and admitted overnight. The glitch was that neither Doctor informed us of this decision until hours later. No harm was done, but felt they dropped the ball on communication with patient plan. My wife has been sitting in the ER for two hours with excruciating pain because of her back, and apparently it's queued as a "low priority" and no guidance as to when it's her turn. We always used Scott and White when we lived in Austin for our children and for us. Evidently the quality is not across the company.

This hospital doesn't care about what you're going through they treat you based on the money you can give them. I'm in excruciating pain with a breakout all over my skin swollen lymph nodes and coughing severely due to my auto immune disease sarcoidosis and they won't do anything to help. not one thing. I suggest no one come here

This is the most beautiful hospital I've ever visited. The staff is amazing. Everyone we dealt with was polite and very helpful. Our Aunt passed away here (terminal cancer) surrounded by friends, family and staff. We couldn't have asked for a more loving environment. Thank you
