RecommendedThis is the most phenomenal caring staff of any hospital I have ever had a loved one at. Nurses and doctors have gone above and beyond to ensure my daddy got the best care. He had a procedure done and the surgeon took time to explain it all to us. The nurses were so attentive and friendly and really treated us all like we were being cared for! I am so disappointed in What Scott and White has become. Some 15 years ago I had breast cancer treatment and would have considered my care very good and a very caring staff. Let’s jump forward to now. I was diagnosed with lung cancer, while on the table to get my biopsy I was told if I don’t make my co-payment I will not receive care. I have set up payment plans and tried to make the hospital aware that I will have MANY co-pays during this treatment and have no way of making them all. i would recommend the pt and rehabilitation staff, they take thier time with you everybody super nice and friendly. they know how to put a smile on your face.
