WORST HOSPITAL EVER ! Just HORRIBLE ! I’m currently 5 months pregnant just moved from Austin Tx to Cameron Tx and this is the closest hospital instead of a 2 hour dr to Austin. Since I am not a “established” patient and my OB provider isn’t here they would not see me in L&D. I’ve been in ER waiting lobby with a blood pressure cuff and IV in my arm for 3 hours waiting to be seen. “Always open” but nursing staff is “never available” when my mother needed help to go to the bathroom. Today 2/16/20 My mother called the nursing unit on the 4th floor multiple times for assistance to the bathroom. No one came to assist her. She is unable to walk without help. Humiliated and embarrassed she had an incontinent accident while managing to drag and struggle to the commode. THIS IS INHUMANE. 😢😢😢😥😓😓 No one is practicing AIDET. Where is the nursing manager?
