Didn't have insurance and told them that which I was extremely stressed about. I was admitted for chest pains even though I didn't want to be due to lack of insurance which they assured me they would be happy to help me with financial assistance and not worry about a thing! Now I'm flooded with past due notices and high blood pressure and panic attacks! This is a horrible hospital that has major patient neglect and refuses to put the patient first and give the best care.
Didn't have insurance and told them that which I was extremely stressed about. I came in at 10:00 AM to be seen. At 3:51 PM I just got taken to a bed in the hall where my information was verified and I was left again. During the time I have been in the waiting area I did have blood drawn and was taken back for a CT. I have watched people come and go from the ER all day. I have great insurance, I have been patient and kind but have been treated with negative importance. I can understand emergencies coming first, but when someone comes in with a cold and is seen before me, there’s an issue.
