RecommendedI had a heart stent operation here on Valentine's day and from the time I walked in to the time I left I was treated with so much respect and the whole experience was extremely excellent. so I recommend everything about what I call the Hilton of Hospitals also known as The Heart Hospital Scott & White 0the Medical center Plano! RecommendedI’ve been seeing Dr. Gregory and his for 14 years now and he is the only human being on this planet that I trust implicitly he is such a wonderful wonderful and kind man he doesn’t rush me when I have an appointment with him he allows me to say everything that I need to say he never rushes me he’s not a pill pusher which I really like a lot and I just love and adore him and have the upmost respect for him he’s a wonderful human being. And for years now I have referred everybody that needs a primary doctor to go see him

RecommendedI came to the hospital for a PFO closure. Everyone was very helpful and professional. My room was immaculate and comfortable, felt more like a hotel room. The food was awesome. One thing that really stood out was that it was very quiet, no noise from the hallway or equipment. It was by far the best hospital experience I’ve ever had.

Didn't have insurance and told them that which I was extremely stressed about. I was admitted for chest pains even though I didn't want to be due to lack of insurance which they assured me they would be happy to help me with financial assistance and not worry about a thing! Now I'm flooded with past due notices and high blood pressure and panic attacks! I can't sleep at night and feel overwhelmed thanks to Baylor hospital and their lack of understanding and slowness to respond. I may be looking at collectors and bad credit s... read more
