I've had to take couple of my family members to the ER at Centennial Medical Center for the past few years. I have nothing but praises for this facility and the staff. They are very understanding and helpful with making the patient feel comfortable as soon as they can. I will continue to use this hospital when needed and recommend it highly to anyone that is in need of ER/medical care.

Really like the subtle changes that have been made from the rooms to the cafeteria. The staff are what make the place though. My apologies to the ICU staff for not remembering your names. A big thanks to you all. You are a special breed. On the regular floors we were blessed with the nicest nurse, Melinda. Can't thank you enough!

Amazing staff...we were treated better than I could ever have hoped to be treated. Thank you for that, Centennial! And thank you for keeping my daughter and I safe and healthy before, during, & after delivery!
The "care" that my best friend received at this hospital is unacceptable. Both times. Extremely rude, unprofessional staff aside from a few good ones. Also, when drawing blood, a tech jabbed her in the arm and left a huge, nasty bruise- adding to the excruciating pain she was already in. Go to Medical Center of Plano. It's worth the drive.
Never again will we go to this hospital. Terrible nursing. All was well during Marks surgery. After they got him in a room it was awful. Last night his BP was off the charts and he was having chest pains I went to get his nurse. I couldnt find him but I saw 2 others walking down the hallway. I asked them if they would help me. They said let me find your nurse. It was more than 20 minutes before his nurse came. I was frantic. Chest pains calls for an immediate response. The nurse told him he was with a patient.
