I had a slip and fall in the bathroom and hit my head and had to go to the ER at Centennial Medical Center and I was extremely pleased and thankful for the kindness and caring from the moment they took my information to waiting to see the Dr. as well as to getting the CT Scan. And the care continued as they also called to follow up and check on me to make sure I was doing OK. In addition, I've gone to Dr. Haslam and Dr. Shah through referrals from Centennial and they have both been excellent! Definitely two of the best Dr's ... read more

I recently had out patient lab work at Centennial. Registration was quick. But the best part was the lab person got me on the first stick with no pain and a friendly smile. I'll be back!

June 24th 2014, I went to the ER with chest pain. Within 30 minutes, I was hooked up to an EKG machine and given an I.V. along with nitroglycerin pills and a patch for heart attack symptoms. Within about 2 hours I was admitted for observation. A day or two later my cardiologist ordered a nuclear stress test on my heart. During that test, I started having more heat attack symptoms. Only PAs available for care in the evenings. The nurses get, but the PA has no apparent knowledge if how to deal with a patient who receives chronic pain care when the pain is acute!

This hospital is very slow to dismiss their patients, suggest they don't tell you you will be dismissed at noon and then not do it until 4, doctor K needs to step up and get things moving, sorry to have to give them a very low rating!

This hospital is HORRIBLE!!! Go to Presby in Plano, a hospital that actually cares and is filled with medical staff that are incredible! Centennial SUCKS!!!

I absolutely adore this hospital. I've been there for medical emergencies over the years and the delivery of both my son and my newborn daughter. The staff is amazing from start to finish. Stacey in lactation is a lifesaver and Whitney (labor and delivery) and Hannah (labor and delivery) both deserve awards for their skills and efforts and genuine love of their job. Minh and Leslie (postpartum) are so caring and attentive.
