Today marks six months since I suffered a sudden cardiac arrest after working out at Frisco Athletic Center. Thanks to the quick work of the FAC staff and paramedics from the Frisco Fire Department that were able to get a heartbeat after 6-7 minutes. It took a total of three attempts with the defibrillator to get a pulse and I will never doubt that God put me in the right place and the right time to get the help I needed. This hospital is absolutely beautiful inside & out, wonderful caring staff, great food while you stay, & nice quiet halls. My husband & I had our son here this week & we absolutely loved it. We became attached to all of the nurses & doctors. The last night we stayed they brought us a steak celebration dinner. I would highly recommend this hospital to any friends & family!
Great hospital, the doctors and nurses are all so caring. They take great care of my mom, every time she goes! The facility is always clean....I am glad we are close.
I have been struggling with my MS for three weeks now and when I relapsed, I could not get a response from my DR.After not hearing back from my PCP, I went to the ER at Centennial Medical Center. When I went to CMC and each person I spoke with was so kind and took great care of me!!! Dr. J called for a shot and gave me a script and sent me home!! Thank you to everyone who helped get me back up and walking!!
From the moment of my arrival I felt at ease knowing I was in excellent hands. The entire staff demonstrated a wonderful bedside manner. They were prompt and helpful. They addressed all my concerns and were very thorough in all their exams. I highly recommend coming here.
My 5 year old son got X-rays here recently because they thought he might have pneumonia. He was nervous, of course, but the staff did all they could to help him calm down, including let me wear a vest so I could stay with him. When he was all done, they offered him stickers, which he said he didn't want (He was still pretty worked up). they noticed he was wearing a Star Wars shirt and started talking about Star Wars and my son said he wished they had Star Wars stickers. This was the best ER i have ever visited. The staff was friendly, extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. I was treated promptly and discharged within an hour if walking through the front doors. Thanks for exceptional treatment i received and i will be recommending this hospital to my family and friends.
