I brought daughter in the er who was very nervous but the staff was very nice and sweet and no wait went straight back seen a great dr who took the time to explain everything to us and was discharged very quickly!!! Great hospital!!
This is a shout out to Baylor Scott White Centennial Hospital in Frisco Texas which is the best hospital ever. Amazing staff from front door to everyone in between. Doctors, nurses, cleaning staff, food service and beyond. They are friendly, professional and prompt. I have loved this hospital since first preemie grandbaby was born and all visits since. They have stepped up their game even more. Thumbs up to Management amd Medical team making it a great experience for the patient and family. I just can't say enough. ��
The nursing staff was amazing. Very responsive at all hours of the day.
Everyone from the valet parking attendant we met when we arrived to the nurse that helped us out where fantastic.
Where do I start? I have been working with Frisco Spine since April 2026 to relieve pressure on my spine , which was causing constant pain to my left hip and left leg. On Thursday, August 25th I was in the shower and apparently herniated the disc. I first called DrSalinas 24 he service. Within minutes I got a call from Fernando the P. A. He told me to come to Centennial since they already had my records. This is good because an ambulance would have taken me to McKinney.
