I would like to say they did a great job but it was the poorest service I ever received. It started from my pre op testing where the codes something wrong and refuse to correct it. They need to say the tests were medically necessary. By refusing to correct this are they saying the tests were not medically necessary? They had also already checked with insurance and it was declined prior to me doing the tests but neglected to tell me this. I had an appointment here and they did t allow me to cancel or get a reimbursement. Instead I was told to use a phone in the lobby and wait 2hrs while someone picked the phone in their appointments dept. That is the worst customer service and so impersonal.

My boyfriend just had spine surgery yesterday and I'm staying with him during his stay at the hospital. The staff here from surgery to his private room has been more than helpful and amazing. We love Wendy � thank you everyone!!!

I had a visit today in the ER for back pain after a rough fall on vacation a week ago. Dr. Lee, Marcie, Kerri, Matt, Blake, and Mike were outstanding. I was seen quickly and shown so much compassion. They also were great teachers about what to expect and what I would need to do to get specialty follow-up and imaging arranged. Wonderful team! Many thanks to them- LP

Twice this has happened that we've been to this hospital n for services n what did we get a bill after waiting 5hrs for a doctor to come n say theres nothing they can prescribe or an injection to get u thru the night til u can get to your primary physician. They made sure they had all the info they needed to bill our insurance what kinda service is that just check your blood pressure n let u wait that long when they c you're n pain can't swollow or talk
