I can't begin to say how grateful I am for everything they have done for me. They took their time to go out of their way to make sure I can get a surgery set up when they didn't have to. During the testings and everything they did they were kind, courteous, gentle, and explained everything in detail to let me know what it was for, why they needed to do it, and explain in full detail the results. Service was prompt, courteous and professional. The nurses pay attention to the smallest of details.
I really have a love/hate relationship with the medical industry. Hating this medical facility and personnel for the outrageous gouging of insurance just to use their glorified clinic. And then not working with people on out of pocket expense. Errrrr. Serenity now! They say "oh we are a small facility" to justify their cost and I say BS. They are leasing this space in a building and sharing the overhead. Oh I have more arguments against the medical industry but........y'all ain't got time for that. Yesterday was the first time I visit that hospital. Overall my care was good. The ER Doctor help me find a primary dr. As will he referred me to a Nuro Surgeon. I just moved her for another state. And it was a blessing to get the help in need to prolong my life with less pain. Thank you Baor Scott & White Centennial for all your help. God bless each one of you.
We stopped by to tour Labor & Delivery. Allison was so sweet and gave us a great tour. She was very informative and comforting. The nurses on staff yesterday were all so friendly and each of them spoke and smiled at us. We were also very impressed with the delivery rooms and all the amenities included. We were so impressed with this tour, we decided to go ahead and pre-register to deliver our daughter there! Elizabeth walked us through all the paperwork. She too was very informative and helpful. Went to visit friend who had surgery few days earlier. Was impressed with nursing staff and friendly people offering to help.
Staff very Nice! Very thorough in finding out what was wrong with Me! Thanking God there was nothing wring, just over reacting. Would definitely recommend.
