I've been searching for answers for 2 months concerning a medical problem I've been having. The staff here has been the first to listen to me, and they found the answers to my problem. Thank y'all for being so amazing!
My mom had an outpatient procedure a year ago and still talks about the wonderful experience she had because of nurse Christy Briggs. Christy did a great job of listening, connecting and explaining such that my mom (76) would understand. Christy had a caring touch, she made my mom smile when she woke up. She helped mom get dressed when she was ready and mentioned she was sad to see her go. Christy managed up the care team, which made both of us feel we were in the right place. I would like to share my unpleasant experience with this hospital regarding a particular matter happened today (10/20/18). My wife delivered our 2nd kid at this hospital and is currently recovering at postpartum section. We are strict vegetarians (no meat, no eggs, no fish) and have never tasted meat ever. For my wife’s dinner, she ordered Tomato basil pizza but was served Pepperoni Pizza. Without knowing it, she had consumed it and had also fed my 4 year old son who came to visit her at the hospital. Er staff great. Billing department and website is worthless/ If you want to get paid, you might want a working website or a number to call to fix the insurance info mistake you made.
If zero stars were able to be given that would be the most suitable. I came into the ER expecting people to have a little empathy for the way I was feeling. I haven't been able to move around and get out of bed for days. Dr. Phillip Admire is rude and very condescending. He showed lack of empathy and compassion to say the least. He treated me as if I was lying and making stuff up. I have been in extreme discomfort for almost a week, and he didn't seem to care. I have been in the ER since 10:30 am. At no time was I offered a drink or food. I was not NPO. When finally admitted in my room at 9:30 pm I was told the kitchen was closed, and they would see if I could find a sandwich. Which an hour later consisted of 2 slices of turkey Deli meat and a piece of lettuce. Get it together!!!!
I waited in an half empty ER for over 2 hours and was never seen. I have never experienced anything like that in my entire life. All everyone kept saying was we are dealing with difficult patients back here. I understand emergencies come up and people have to be seen before me but 2 hours and nothing that’s ridiculous. My legs were hurting me so bad I was in tears �. I will never come back here again.
