I fell on my knee and I went to the emergency room because I couldnt put pressure on my knee and I was in severe pain. They took exrays and the doctor said it was bruised and I could go home. No ace bandage no brace to help no crutches nothing for the pain just go home. I had to ask for crutches so I could make it to the car thats when the nurse came in and gave me a band aide and an ace bandage with my crutches that I asked for and he told me to rap it and ice it and keep elevated. Lovely staff. I was so terrified of getting my lumbar puncture procedure and they were so nice and accommodating.
Awesome hospital . Everyone from the front desk lady all the way thru were very kind and knew their job.
Let me start off by saying that I get no joy out of retelling this story. It's actually quite embarrassing. Embarrassing for the hospital AND for my husband. I feel the need to preface this story with the fact that my husband is a disable Veteran with two tours of duty under his belt. He doesn't need to work but he chooses to. Taking good care of my mother-in-law! Awesome cafe.
Seems like once Baylor bought Centennial, it became a better place. Check in was a lot faster, registration was faster. The doctor actually took the time to listen to me and my concerns. Overall it was a quick and smooth process.
We checked in yesterday for eye surgery for my wife. The service was excellent before, during and after the surgery. Everyone we interacted with was just excellent and extremely friendly. All very knowledgeable. If you need a hospital, use this one.

Definitely best experience ever.. Loved the doctor and nurses Delivered my baby on August 06 Got to the hospital dilated 7 1/2 staff acted fast and within 30 min baby was here and healthy ❤️
