My stay at Baylor Grapevine was wonderful! The facility was very clean, the staff was professional and accommodating and I don't believe my stay could have been any better!
Surgery staff was awesome. Night time personal care tech needed a better bedside manner.
All in all a great hospital but they still have work to do in regards to patient relations
The nurses were great and the level of care was above and beyond! With the minor exception that had to wait a little longer than planned, but other than that I felt that I was in good hands. Thanks for everything!
I took my son to the ER at 6:30am on Thanksgiving Day for food poisoning. He was seen immediately, blood drawn and an IV started with anti-nausea meds and something to rehydrate him. The meds worked very quickly and he finally got relief after having been sick all night. Everyone we saw was extremely caring, efficient and knowledgeable. We were both so grateful for everyone working on Thanksgiving!
The doctors and nurses in the ED saved my dad last night. I wish I knew who they were, but I wasn't there. I will never forget what you did for him! Thank you all! - From a fellow ED nurse.
