Great staff. Very helpful. Excellent NICU! Good labor and delivery.
This hospital is exceptional in medical care and service. The facility itself is updated and always spotless. After numerous surgeries and procedures done there, I'm always impressed. The staff bends over backwards for you and is very caring and even the hospital food is tasty. I feel that we are very lucky to have such a world class facility in our backyard!
My mother was hospitalized with an Infected wound on her leg and her Blood Sugar was way High.. she is a Diabetic. Well to make this a short story She had an amazing Doctors and Nurses around her keeping her safe and treated my Mom so Excellent I thank God for having my mom in this hospital and I also want it to Thank Stephanie RN and RN Kelly for such Great Attitude and for being always on top of my Mom's Condition.. unfortunately I didn't get to know their Last Names but I'm sure they will remember who my Mom was her name ... read more
I had the best care at Baylor..the whole staff was excellent and very compassionate to me and my needs The only thing I did not have a great experience with was how the financial office told me I had come up with $6000 before the syrgery. I did not have that and felt blindsided a bit....i was possibly having surgery for cancer....and had to hear this......was not handled well at all the people in that office were not compassionate at all....poor portacal
They did very well and took good care of my wife. The food was not quite as good as they might suggest. But other than that they did good.
I'll away get tha best attention i really appreciate for everyone of work's and doctors very nice..
