The greatest hospital, if you must go to a hospital then Baylor Grapevine is the best. The doctors are great as well as the rest of the staff.
I came in via ER with intense abdominal which turned out to be blocked duct & final result was removal of bad gall bladder. All the staff has been wonderful., carrying and understanding when at times I wasn't my usual cheerful self (because of the pain. Now I don't want to be back in hospital any time soon, I would come here!
They saved my life a 18 months ago. And I believe they will do so again.
Both ER and hospital staff are great. Nursing staff on Floor 4 is 👏 awesome! If I need a hospital, I go here. Definitely recommend this hospital.
I had a positive experience at this hospital. I was transferred to Baylor from another hospital via ambulance and was efficiently received and administered to in preparation for surgery. All staff, with the exception of one Emergency Department unit aid, was very courteous, professional, and maintained a good sense of urgency. The Operating and Recovery room staff was also very professional and maintained a high level of bedside care. I felt safe and confident in the entire care while I was there.
Stayed overnight with my sick grandmother. One of the nurses (younger gentleman) was very accomodating, kind, and understanding, as my grandma isn't always completely coherent. The two younger female nurses we had were quite rude (I understand as they work very long hours with so many patients and the pay isn't great, but their bedside manner was awful).
